  • Master of Science degree in biotechnology;
  • Committee acceptance of PhD plan of dissertation in the discipline of zootechnics and fisheries;
  • Scientific achievements in the field of animal endocrinology in particular of ruminants physiology;
  • Authorship or co-authorship of a minimum of two papers published in journals included in the list of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education in Poland, list A;
  • Ability to present research results, confirmed by participation in scientific conferences (papers, reports);
  • Project management or participation as a co-investigator in at least one project financed by the NCN or NCBiR;
  • Ability and experience in planning and conducting experiments on large animals;
  • Knowledge of research methods and techniques as well as experience in laboratory work (Real Time PCR, Western blot, ELISA, RIA etc.);
  • Knowledge of programs for statistical and visual analysis of data obtained in animal experiments;
  • Education experience in conducting classes in molecular biology and in vitro culture of animal cells;
  • Short-term internship or apprenticeship in a research unit;
  • Fluency in English.
