2nd session of 1st training REBECA by EURAXESS mentoring programme. 31 Jan

First training of REBECA mentoring programme will aim to set the grounds to make an informed career-decision based on interests and values. We will work on understanding our own expectations and how to determine our capability to achieve our plans. The course does not intend to have a deep learning, as mentees will have the opportunity to practice and become proficient during the whole programme, accompany by their mentors.  

CONTENT: After this course, participants will have:

• learnt how to detect their internal and external motivators important to make a career decision,
• increased their awareness in their skills, career accomplishments and achievements,
• learnt how to set up career goals, revisited their career plans, and broadened their career vision.

TOOLS: Participants will use self-assessment tools, and career management tools. The trainer will use interactive activities, debriefing techniques and facilitate peer support to assure a lasting learning.

REQUIREMENTS: Because of its interactive nature, it is important to attend the course using a computer or electronical device that allows to use a board application (MURAL). The course is participatory, so mic is also needed. 

The training is mandatory, if you cannot attend for major reasons, please get in contact with the coordination team (euraxess-spain@fecyt.es).

Because of its interactive nature, the training would not be recorded.
